I called Precision because they worked on Saturday and did not charge "extra" for a weekend service call. A company I am familiar with was not open and to come out would have been considered an "emergency" service call. Greg, one of the technicians came out and replaced a broken spring (replaced other spring as well). For being late afternoon on a Saturday, Greg was chipper, courteous and had no problems answering questions. I even allowed him to "up sale" me on some vinyl (I believe they were vinyl) rollers to replace my old worn out steel ones. Great advice on his part! Being that I have an aluminum door, it's noisy (Whisper Drive helps quiet it some) when opening and closing it. Replacing the rollers with vinyl ones helped quiet the door a little more. All in all, I would not hesitate to call Precision again.
