GARAGE DOOR REPAIR: Serviceman was on time. I thought the cables were broken but it was the spring that had broken. He replaced the spring, also confirmed replacement of old cables with new ones since I was informed the old were a bit rusted. I was given a Free of Charge surge protector with purchase. He also lubricated all hinges and tracks along with information about regular upkeep of my garage door. Excellent service all around! He finished up with selling my friend a new garage door opener which he sorely needed for quite a while. My friend informed me it works fine! My friend may even purchase a keyless opener in the future from the company. I am very pleased with the 45 minute service call. (parts guaranteed for 5 years)
