The service men were very respectful and professional. I appreciated the email that gave me the likely technician that would be arriving with the photos and that I could link to the web page to review him. Your coupons from FaceBook were a bit confusing. The tech was helpful with the coupons. The coupons were not worded clearly. The men were clean and I appreciate that they had on uniforms. They didn't complain about the cold weather or that it was late for them to be working. They finished quickly. I hope all is fixed for now, my doors/openers are old. They did recommend additional services and did state that if they did the additional repair at that time there would not be an additional service call fee. I chose not to have the additional work done, at my own risk. But, I'm glad they told me of the part that is wearing out. I did wonder if they are just supposed to find SOMETHING else to recommend to the customer as a potential add-on to all their jobs.
