Your service rep did a great job, and he explained all he did and my options. The only hangup is that I received my email conformation of my 10/19 appointment today 10/26. Also when giving pricing over the phone your staff should explain that there are two springs on a two car garage door and that the prices should be doubled if you want both replaced.
I was so impressed by the customer service with your company. From the girl on the phone, Julie to the tech who came to my home. And, what a great idea to email the tech's name, picture and contact number so I would know who to expect! Nick was on time and fixed the door quickly!
The technician was very professional and friendly. He fixed the problem that we had and was very upfront about what we could do to keep the garage door working longer. He also inspected the other components and advised me of some repairs that could be needed in the future. He called when he was on his way and told me when to expect him. I was very happy with him and his service.
Technician arrived within time parameters given, identified the problem immediately and had it repaired in less than 30 minutes. Overall, I was pleased in dealing with Precision Door and would use them again.
